Hi, my name is Tina Owens and as a private In-home Caregiver I began to see the need for consistent, trustworthy information to help my clients struggling with blood sugar regulation as well as family and friends struggling with anxiety, auto-immune disease and the list goes on. Researching online only left me frustrated and confused as the plethora of information was contradictory at best. This quest led me to Nutritional Therapy Association where I completed a ten month course to become a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner as well as a three month course in the Restorative Wellness Methodology of "Mastering The Art & Science of Gastrointestinal Healing" .
I am so excited to begin this new journey in helping myself and others find and reach our optimal health goals.
In May 2023, I completed the elite apprenticeship program,
"Mastering The Art & Science of Gastrointestinal Healing"
where I have been trained in the
Restorative Wellness Solutions methodology.
With this training I am able to take the most complex cases - those individuals who have spent years trying everything, only to see their condition worsen - and be the last practitioner they need on their road back to health.
